A Loan

You will receive a lump sum of money for which the interest rate and collaterals are calculated for a certain period.

Non-revolving Credit Line

    The loans are disbursed at the borrower’s request within a limit. It cannot be used again after it is paid off. The credit can be paid back in a lump sum or according to a repayment schedule.

Revolving Credit Line

    The loans are disbursed at the borrower’s request within a limit. The limit is restored as the debt is repaid. Final repayment is possible with a one-time closing of the credit limit on the date of final settlement or reduction of the credit limit according to a schedule.

Terms and conditions of loans for the purchase of real estates:

    Term – up to 5 years

    Form-Loan

    Down payment – at least 10% of the cost of the purchased property

All businesses may obtain the credits except those engaged in the following activities:

• production and/or trade of tobacco products;
• gambling business;
• illegal business.
