JSC MB Bank notifies that if, within one year, the total amount of your payments under all your credit agreements at the date of applying to the Bank for a consumer loan, including payments on the loan you apply for, exceeds fifty percent of your annual income, there is a risk of non-fulfillment of obligations under the personal loan agreement and the application of penalties to you!
In order to support individuals and legal entities in the conditions of restrictive economic measures imposed by foreign states against the Russian Federation, as well as providing high-quality information support to customers on emerging issues, JSC MB Bank informs about the possibility of establishing of the preferential and transitional period for the individual clients of the Bank in accordance with Federal Law No. 106-FZ dated 04/03/2020 "On Amendments to the Federal Law "On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)" and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation regarding the specifics of Changing the Terms of the loan and credit agreements".
